Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time: Orders will be arranged for delivery within 1-3 working days after payment is verified, excluding weekends and official holidays.
2. Delivery Time: Standard US shipping needs 12–25 business days after outbound from our warehouse, logistics delay caused by customs, weather is out of our control.
3. Shipping Cost Rule: Items over $29.9 qualify for free shipping; orders below $29.9 require customers to pay separate delivery fee.
4. Logistics Tracking: We will upload tracking number once goods dispatch, you can track shipment status on order page.
5. Undeliverable Parcel: Packages returned due to recipient absent or wrong address, resend freight shall be covered by buyer.
